Well, he's back.

Last night he slept out on the porch, smashing the security lights so that they didn't illuminate him. Is this the same person who has been leaving us 'gifts' of dead birds and animals on the porch? 

Las time he was around it cost us several thousand dollars to repair the damage he caused and to secure the access to the space under the church. Sigh. Don't quite know how to get rid of him and we don't want parishioners camping out overnight to persuade him to move on.

Any ideas?
